Submit Payment/Rent via ACH
Fill out the information below to submit your rent payment to Arbutus Properties through bank ACH. By entering the information and clicking the submit button, you authorize Lean on Me Properties to ACH that amount out of your bank account. This is a one time authorization for the amount submitted. To pay future rental amounts, you need to submit this form again.
If you need help identifying your bank routing or account number, you can find it on a blank check. Please double check all account and routing numbers before you submit. Any wrong numbers resulting in issues with processing payment, can result in a bank fee fine that will be the responsibility of the house.
